Have you ever wondered what makes a great Realtor? I have an aunt and a sister-in-law that both hold a real estate license but when I need a great deal here in Augusta I call Andy. Maxwell makes it his business to know where the best deals are and he's always helped me net the most on every home I've listed! When folks ask me for a really good Realtor I always tell them to call Andy. When I tell them just how good Maxwell takes care of his customers I like to say, "He's good 'til the last drop!" For me that means Andy always returns my calls promptly and never leaves me hangin'!
